Services
All of our coaches services and nutrition mentoring service can be offered on-line as well as our assisted body work program. All waivers apply.
BY MAKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO THIS WAIVER: I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow. If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session. I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness. I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries. I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part. I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Health Coaches lead and support clients to achieve their wellness goals through nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior modifications. This exercise program is tailored to your needs.
Great for people starting out or who are dealing with tightness or weakness or imbalances.
This simplified, tailored program can be done anywhere; at home, while traveling, or when at work.
This program was designed to keep people consistent and safe when following their program.
This 15 minute session can be done in street clothes. By making this appointment you affirm that I have notified the coach of all known medical conditions and injuries.I also agree to inform the coach of any changes in health and medical condition. You understand that there shall be no liability on the coach's part should I forget to do so. By making this appointment I hereby waive and release my coach from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to wellness, body work, and fitness coaching.

Nutrition Assessment - this assessment gives you an understanding if you are following the guidelines set by the AND (The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). This program is tied to the Lifestyle and Nutrition Mentoring program which part of all our coaching programs.
Relaxation and Stress Assessment and Program-see program
This assessment will help you determine if your body is in a relaxed state and how to achieve that state through simple tests and exercises. Learn time tested relaxation techniques and how to use your own body’s physiology to help you achieve a Relaxation Response. This is an individualized 30 minute Coaching Session. This program can be offered to groups as well. By making this appointment I hereby waive and release my coach from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to wellness, body work, and fitness coaching.
